Centre Point Recruitment are representing a well-established national estate agency in their search for an experienced Property Manager to join their team in Croydon on an initial 12-month contract with a view to transitioning into a permanent position.
The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of approximately 120 residential properties across Croydon and Sutton.
The Role
- Managing a portfolio of approximately 120 residential properties
- Delivering outstanding customer service to landlords and tenants
- Ensuring maintenance issues are resolved efficiently
- Arranging and attending property inspections
- Ensuring properties remain compliant with current legislation

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year's property management experience
- Highly organised with strong administrative skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Salary & Benefits
- £30,000 - £33,000 basic salary
- Expected commission of circa £4,000 per annum
- OTE of approximately £37,000
- Initial 12-month fixed-term contract with a view to becoming permanent
- Ongoing support and training
- Opportunity to join a recognised and reputable agency
Hours
- Monday - Friday: 9:00am - 6:00pm
- 1 in 4 Saturdays: 9:00am - 4:00pm (day in lieu or additional pay option)
