Property Manager
Chinese Speaking Property Manager – City of London Type: Full Time Salary: £28,000 - £40,000 per annum Location: City of London, London Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00–18:00
About the Role
An established, independent property agency in the City of London is seeking a Chinese-speaking Property Manager to join their growing team. You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality service, managing a diverse property portfolio, and upholding the agency’s reputation.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Handle daily and complex maintenance, including urgent repairs, in a competent and timely manner
- Ensure the property portfolio remains fully compliant with Health and Safety regulations
- Arrange inventories, check-ins, and check-outs of properties
- Coordinate with utility companies to relay meter readings and manage void period bills
- Organise estimates, arrange repairs with contractors, and liaise between landlords and tenants—escalating and resolving issues as needed
- Negotiate security deposits with landlords and tenants, with an understanding of the rebuttal process

Essential Requirements
- Fluent in Chinese (speaking)
- Proven Property Management experience
- Exceptionally detailed-oriented and highly organised
- Strong administrative and IT skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Problem-solving ability with capability to work under pressure
- Client-facing with a positive and encouraging attitude
- Ability to build long-term relationships with landlords
