Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Manager based in Belfast. The Property Manager will be responsible for:

  • Managing residential and commercial properties
  • Coordinating maintenance and repairs
  • Ensuring tenant satisfaction
  • Overseeing property leasing and marketing activities
  • Handling tenant inquiries
  • Conducting property inspections
  • Managing lease agreements
  • Ensuring compliance with local regulations

Qualifications

  • Property management skills including lease management, tenant relations, and maintenance coordination
  • Experience in residential or/and commercial property marketing
  • Knowledge of local property regulations and compliance requirements
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties effectively
  • Desire to work in a young and exciting team
