Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Manager based in Belfast. The Property Manager will be responsible for:
- Managing residential and commercial properties
- Coordinating maintenance and repairs
- Ensuring tenant satisfaction
- Overseeing property leasing and marketing activities
- Handling tenant inquiries
- Conducting property inspections
- Managing lease agreements
- Ensuring compliance with local regulations

Qualifications
- Property management skills including lease management, tenant relations, and maintenance coordination
- Experience in residential or/and commercial property marketing
- Knowledge of local property regulations and compliance requirements
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties effectively
- Desire to work in a young and exciting team
