📍 Quicklet – Lisburn / Lurgan
Own Your Portfolio. Make Decisions. Drive Results.
We’re looking for an experienced Property Manager with at least 1 year of property management experience who takes ownership, solves problems and enjoys delivering results.
At Quicklet, you won’t be one part of a process or waiting for someone else to act. You’ll manage your own portfolio and be the main point of contact for landlords and tenants. You’ll have the responsibility to make decisions, the accountability to follow things through, and the support of a team around you.
This is a busy role, but it’s structured. You’ll have clear processes, the right systems and a team that helps you succeed.
With continued growth and an upcoming acquisition, we’re expanding our Belfast team.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Managing your own portfolio of residential properties
- Acting as the main contact for landlords and tenants
- Managing tenancies from move-in through to move-out
- Coordinating maintenance through Fixflo and managing contractor progress
- Carrying out inspections and following up on actions
- Keeping compliance, certificates and documentation up to date
- Managing rent arrears through clear communication and action plans
- Maintaining accurate portfolio records and using data to make informed decisions

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
