Are you an experienced Property Manager and looking to take the next big step in your property career?

We are currently looking for ambitious, organised and customer-focused Property Management in South-West London, who can confidently manage residential portfolios, build strong relationships, and deliver exceptional service to landlords and tenants alike.

Day-to-day Responsibilities

  • Managing a rental property portfolio of circa 100 properties
  • Arranging works/ maintenance within the property portfolio
  • Carrying out inspections and producing quarterly reports
  • Pre-tenancy inspections
  • Responding and managing any complaints from landlords and tenants
  • Booking and chasing gas safety checks
  • Administering DPS claims
  • Providing support to landlords and tenants
  • Liaising with landlords, tenants and third-party contractors and professional advisors
  • Managing tenancy deposit returns
  • Managing keys and processing invoices
