Are you an experienced Property Manager and looking to take the next big step in your property career?
We are currently looking for ambitious, organised and customer-focused Property Management in South-West London, who can confidently manage residential portfolios, build strong relationships, and deliver exceptional service to landlords and tenants alike.
Day-to-day Responsibilities
- Managing a rental property portfolio of circa 100 properties
- Arranging works/ maintenance within the property portfolio
- Carrying out inspections and producing quarterly reports
- Pre-tenancy inspections
- Responding and managing any complaints from landlords and tenants
- Booking and chasing gas safety checks
- Administering DPS claims
- Providing support to landlords and tenants
- Liaising with landlords, tenants and third-party contractors and professional advisors
- Managing tenancy deposit returns
- Managing keys and processing invoices

Experience with Property Management:

- 2+ years previous property management experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Full Driver's license preferred manual
