Property Manager, Hampstead North West London
We are working with an established and highly respected independent estate agency in Hampstead that has built an outstanding reputation for delivering exceptional service to a discerning client base.
As the business continues to grow, they are looking to appoint an experienced and proactive Property Manager to join their friendly and professional team.
This is an excellent opportunity to work for a quality-led agency where customer service is genuinely valued, the portfolio is well managed, and you'll be given the autonomy and support to thrive.
The role is office-based in Hampstead, so applicants should be able to commute there comfortably and reliably.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing a residential portfolio, ensuring both landlords and tenants receive a first-class service throughout the tenancy.

Key responsibilities include:
- Managing day-to-day relationships with landlords and tenants.
- Responding promptly and professionally to tenant enquiries.
- Carrying out regular property inspections.
- Coordinating maintenance and repair works with contractors.
- Managing tenancy renewals, tenancy issues, and dispute resolution.
- Ensuring rent is collected on time and arrears are managed appropriately.
- Monitoring property income and expenditure.
- Preparing financial reports where required.
- Ensuring full compliance with current property legislation and best practice.
- Managing tenancy deposits and ensuring all legal obligations are met.
About You
We're looking for someone who has:

- Previous experience in residential property management.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy workload.
- A proactive and solution-focused approach.
- Experience using property management software.
- A good understanding of current lettings legislation and compliance.
- ARLA qualification (preferred but not essential).
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
