Property Manager
£40,000 - £50,000 + Discretionary Bonus (Up to 25%)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Property Manager to join a fast-growing residential property business with an expanding portfolio across the UK.

This is a varied role offering responsibility across property management, lettings, customer service, and operational delivery. Working as part of a collaborative team, you will help ensure a portfolio of residential properties is professionally managed while delivering an exceptional experience for residents.

This position is ideal for someone with strong HMO, PBSA, or residential property management experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to develop their career within a growing organisation.

The Role

As Property Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day management of a residential portfolio, ensuring operational standards remain high while maximising occupancy, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.

You'll work closely with internal teams, residents, and external partners to deliver a first-class property management service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operation of a residential property portfolio.
  • Support lettings activity, customer service, and tenancy management.
  • Help deliver rental income and expenditure targets across the portfolio.
  • Coordinate the onboarding and integration of newly acquired properties.
  • Ensure properties are maintained and presented to a consistently high standard.
  • Build strong relationships with residents, contractors, and external partners.
  • Organise annual tenancy changeovers and resident handovers.
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory and industry regulations.
  • Support the implementation of new operational processes and digital systems.
  • Resolve escalated resident issues and complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Monitor market trends and provide insight into local property markets.

About You

To be considered for this opportunity, you will have:

  • Previous experience within property management, Build-to-Rent, HMO, PBSA, or a similar residential environment.
  • Strong knowledge of residential property management processes.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.
  • Good commercial awareness and budget management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence dealing with residents and stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • A full UK driving licence would be advantageous but is not essential.
