Commercial Property / Estates Manager
- Permanent position
- Salary up to £60,000 plus excellent benefits (26 days holiday, great pension, private healthcare) and bonus potential
- Lincoln based with hybrid working available
A successful multi-site business based in Lincolnshire is looking for an Estates Manager to join their existing team. This is a fantastic time to join a growing organisation who are at the forefront of what they do.

The Property and Estates Manager will be responsible for:
- Management and performance of a portfolio of properties within the region
- Working with internal and external parties in relation to lease management, renewals, surveys, rent reviews, dilapidations, etc
- Asset management
- Ensuring the portfolio is consistent with regulations (Landlord and Tenant act / Service Charge Code)
- Reporting to multiple stakeholders on rental income, lease life, etc.

To be considered suitable, you will need to have the following skills and experience:
- Ideally RICS qualified
- Good understanding of Landlord / Tenant law
- Solid understanding of property health and safety
- Previous experience of commercial property management
