Role Description
The Property Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Portsmouth. The individual in this role will:
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day management of a portfolio of properties, including:
- Coordinating maintenance work
- Handling tenant inquiries
- Ensuring buildings are safe, well-presented, and compliant with regulations
- Conduct property inspections
- Manage lease/tenancy agreements and their renewals
- Monitor rent collections and address arrears
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and financial monitoring
- Liaise with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to:
- Schedule repairs
- Negotiate service agreements
- Manage budgets
- Support:
- Tenant onboarding and move-out processes
- Prompt resolution of complaints and service requests
- Contribute to process improvements to enhance:
- Resident satisfaction
- Property value and operational efficiency
