THE ROLE
Deliver continuity of best-in-class service to the building occupiers with minimal disruption. Implement and maintain effective management systems and procedures to provide an operationally efficient, economically competitive, safe and innovative environment for occupiers and visitors.

What You’ll Do
- Provide the best value to our occupiers through preparation and management of service charge budgets in line with the RICS code of practice and support contract tender preparation.
- Manage service provider contracts to provide the best-in-class service to our customers.
- Oversee the planned maintenance programme and co-ordinate reactive maintenance in conjunction with the Technical Services Manager.
- Accountable for ensuring Health & Safety, emergency procedures, compliance and safe working practices are maintained and conform with current legislation.
- Develop and maintain a professional understanding and close working relationship with occupiers – ensuring regular engagement and open communication on all matters.
- Lead and manage the building team direct reports and onsite service providers, ensuring all aspects of staff training, development, well-being and general welfare requirements are identified and formally reviewed.

- Financial management or Service charge experience
- Health & Safety awareness
- Third Party/Contractor Management
- Energy management understanding
- Fabric and project management awareness
- Self-disciplined, confident, pro-active, accurate
- Efficient and productive
- Great written and oral communication skills and a professional manner
- Methodical, highly organised, attentive to detail, able to prioritise
- Strong IT skills
