Role Description
The Property Manager will oversee a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring they are well-maintained, compliant, and delivering a positive experience for residents and property owners. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Coordinating repairs and maintenance
- Conducting inspections
- Managing check-ins and check-outs
- Liaising with landlords, tenants, contractors, and internal teams

The role also involves:
- Handling tenancy documentation
- Monitoring rent payments
- Addressing queries and issues promptly
- Supporting compliance with relevant housing and safety regulations
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Glasgow, requiring regular travel to properties within the local area and a strong focus on delivering high-quality, relationship-driven service.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in property management, residential lettings, or estate agency, ideally within a similar market.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships with clients, tenants, and contractors.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, including managing multiple properties, priorities, and deadlines effectively.
- Working knowledge of relevant housing legislation, safety regulations, and best practices for HMO and residential property management (or willingness to learn).
- Proficiency with property management software, CRM systems, and standard office applications (e.g., email, spreadsheets, document management).
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and a commitment to providing honest, reliable advice and service.
- Ability to work independently on-site, use sound judgment, and represent the agency professionally at all times.
- Full UK driving licence and access to transport is advantageous; relevant professional certifications or training in property or housing management are a plus.
