They’re looking for an experienced Property Manager to take ownership of an established portfolio, supported by a professional team that believes in working collaboratively rather than firefighting.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be the trusted point of contact for your landlords and tenants, managing your portfolio with confidence and professionalism.
Your Role Will Include
- Managing an established residential property portfolio.
- Building long-term relationships with landlords and tenants.
- Coordinating maintenance and repairs.
- Carrying out routine property inspections.
- Ensuring compliance with Scottish lettings legislation.
- Resolving issues quickly and professionally.
- Working closely with contractors and colleagues to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
What We’re Looking For

We’re keen to speak with Property Managers who already have experience managing residential portfolios and who enjoy building lasting client relationships.
Ideally You’ll Have
- At least two years’ residential Property Management experience.
- ARLA qualification (or equivalent), or be working towards it.
- Excellent knowledge of the Scottish Private Rented Sector and PRT legislation.
- A strong understanding of the Edinburgh lettings market.
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organisational and IT skills.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
- A full UK driving licence.
