What your day will actually look like
As a Property Manager at Property People, you'll play a key role in managing our residential portfolio across our multi-branch operation in Belfast. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing residential sales and lettings across our multi-branch network
- Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors on a daily basis
- Arranging property viewings, tenancy applications, and move-ins
- Coordinating repairs, maintenance, and contractor appointments
- Carrying out routine property inspections and preparing detailed reports
- Marketing available properties across online platforms
- Maintaining accurate records whilst ensuring compliance with relevant legislation
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout every tenancy
Who we are looking for
We're looking for a proactive and people-focused property professional who is ready to hit the ground running. To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in property management or residential lettings
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- A proactive and customer-focused approach
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
