What your day will actually look like

As a Property Manager at Property People, you'll play a key role in managing our residential portfolio across our multi-branch operation in Belfast. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing residential sales and lettings across our multi-branch network
  • Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors on a daily basis
  • Arranging property viewings, tenancy applications, and move-ins
  • Coordinating repairs, maintenance, and contractor appointments
  • Carrying out routine property inspections and preparing detailed reports
  • Marketing available properties across online platforms
  • Maintaining accurate records whilst ensuring compliance with relevant legislation
  • Delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout every tenancy

Who we are looking for

We're looking for a proactive and people-focused property professional who is ready to hit the ground running. To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience in property management or residential lettings
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • A proactive and customer-focused approach
  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
