Property Manager - Global

📍 West London (Hybrid – minimum 2/3 days in the office)

Salary: ÂŁ 80,000 pa

We are recruiting for an experienced Property Manager to join a global organisation undergoing an exciting period of workplace transformation and property portfolio optimisation.
This is a high-impact role responsible for managing a multi-site property portfolio, driving cost-saving initiatives, leading office relocations, and ensuring workplaces are aligned with current and future business needs.

The Opportunity

You will take ownership of property strategy across a large international office portfolio, identifying opportunities to optimise space utilisation, reduce costs, improve operational efficiency, and support major workplace change projects.

About You

You'll bring:

  • Significant experience in property, workplace, facilities or estates management
  • A strong track record of delivering commercial savings and operational improvements
  • Experience managing office relocations and workplace change programmes
  • Excellent supplier and contract management skills
  • Strong financial and budget management capability
  • Outstanding stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Professional qualification such as IWFM, MRICS or equivalent (desirable)
