Salary Guide: £32,000 to £34,000

Great opportunity for a Property Manager to join this proactive, multi award winning professional Letting Agency.

The position has arisen for a property manager to join the team. You will be working in a fast-paced environment with a particular focus on customer service and helping to drive the business forward. The position will give the opportunity for the candidate to work with autonomy and manage their own portfolio of properties at the same time as being a member of a forward-thinking asset management team. If you think you have what it takes to fulfil this role then we would love to hear from you.

The Role

  • Arranging inventories and check-ins for incoming tenants
  • Arranging end of tenancy check outs and dilapidation reports
  • Dealing with deposit releases
  • Lease preparation
  • Dealing with any landlord and tenant queries.
  • Submitting insurance claims and deposit disputes for landlords and tenants
  • Arrange and carry out property inspections with tenants and reporting to Landlords with feedback
  • Carry out viewings for properties on the market
  • Serving the relevant notice on Short Assured tenancies and Private Residential Tenancies.
  • Processing rent warranty renewals
  • Managing rent arrears
  • HMO Licensing

  • Letwell qualification or Arla technical award preferable or working towards
