The Role: Property Facilities Manager (RICS)

Salary: £50,000 to £60,000 + Benefits
I am working with a boutique property management group redefining the workspace experience across London’s most prestigious postcodes. With a portfolio of luxury-managed buildings in Mayfair, Belgravia, Sloane Square and Victoria, this full-service operator blends high-end hospitality with expert property management to create beautifully run environments for their members.
We’re looking for a Property & Facilities Manager with experience across premium multi-site portfolios—ideally within commercial real estate, flex space, or corporate environments. You’ll take ownership of day-to-day operations across several properties, ensuring that compliance, upkeep, and client experience are delivered to impeccable standards.

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Managing planned and reactive maintenance programmes (PPM) across the London portfolio.
- Liaising with contractors and service partners to protect long-term relationships and ensure service excellence.
- Overseeing compliance, health & safety, and service charge budgets with a meticulous, proactive approach.
- Coordinating supply chain performance and site activity using internal systems (TABS experience advantageous).
- Supporting the broader management and community teams in delivering seamless, high-touch service.
The Ideal Candidate Will Bring:
- Strong administrative and organisational skills, with a calm, coordinated approach to busy multi-site operations.
- Working knowledge of RICS framework.
- Good working knowledge of Service Charge budgets and charge back to clients.
- Experience managing high-end or hospitality-influenced workspaces, private clubs, or premium office environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder skills, paired with a professional polish and service-led mindset.
