Property Manager – Maintenance Team (Lettings Management Centre)
National Home Move (NHM) have an exciting career opportunity for a Property Manager on the Maintenance team, based at our NHM Lettings Management Centre in Handforth.
National Home Move is a network of 63 Reeds Rains and Your Move franchise branches across England.
About the Role
This is an office-based role focusing on property management of our active lettings portfolio with the following key responsibilities:
- Processing all new property applications in a timely manner
- Handling day-to-day telephone and email enquiries from tenants and clients with professionalism and efficiency

What We Offer
- Base salary of approximately £25,000 (varied based on experience)
- Commission opportunity enhancing earnings to an On-Target Earnings (OTE) of circa £28,000
- Full-time permanent contract
- 5-day working week (Monday to Friday)
- Pension scheme
Requirements
Although lettings or property management experience is ideal, it is not essential—full training will be provided to the successful candidate.

Strong candidates will have the following attributes:
- Excellent communicator with confident telephone manner
- Organisational and administrative skills
- Computer/laptop proficiency
Experience in fast-paced environments is highly desirable.
