Role: Property Manager

Location: North London

Tenure: Full-Time | Office Based

📣 Calling all Property Managers 🗣️🔊

Proper Recruitment are working with a well-established independent estate agency in North London who are looking for a proactive and organised Property Manager to join their growing team. Whilst they’re ideally looking for someone with 2+ years’ experience, they’re equally passionate about finding someone with the right work ethic and attitude.

Responsibilities:

  • Management of a portfolio of properties
  • Work with the branch to prepare properties for new tenancies
  • Respond to tenants' maintenance requests
  • Ensure properties meet their regulatory and statutory requirements
  • Organise/oversee refurbishment works
  • Negotiate the prompt return of deposits
  • Deliver excellent customer service and communication
  • Build trusted relationships with colleagues, landlords, tenants, and contractors

Requirements:

  • IT literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
  • Ideally 2+ years’ experience in property management and an all-round knowledge of the industry
  • Ambitious, dynamic, and motivated
  • Great communicator
  • Excellent time management
  • ARLA Qualification a benefit but not a requirement

Salary:

Up to ÂŁ37,000 per annum
