Job Description
We are seeking a highly organised, commercially minded Real Estate Operations Assistant to work closely with the Portfolio Director and support the day-to-day management of a growing UK property and investment portfolio.

This is a hands-on, exposure-rich role for someone who wants to build deep experience across property management, rent reviews, financial reporting, taxation coordination, and investor-grade real estate operations.

You will be involved across residential and commercial assets, liaising with tenants, accountants, advisors, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Property & Rent Management

    • Assist with rent reviews, rent schedules, and rental reconciliations
    • Communicate with tenants regarding rents, payments, and queries
    • Track rent receipts and update rent statements and ledgers
    • Monitor arrears and follow up professionally where required
  • Operations & Executive Assistance

    • Support the Portfolio Manager in day-to-day real estate management
    • Coordinate with solicitors, agents, managing agents, and third parties
    • Assist with reporting, data organisation, and ad-hoc analysis
    • Act as a central point of coordination across property, finance, and operations

Whom We’re Looking For

  • Strong interest or experience in UK real estate/property management
  • Comfortable working with numbers, statements, and financial data
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Confident in communicating with tenants, professionals, and senior stakeholders
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently
  • Discreet, reliable, and professional

Preferred Background

  • Experience in property management and accounting support
  • Exposure to rent ledgers, service charges, or property portfolios
