Are you a Property Manager with 1 years experience or more looking to join a busy, established property business with a strong reputation and supportive team environment?
We're looking for a proactive and organised Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential properties, delivering a high level of service to both landlords and tenants while ensuring properties are managed efficiently and compliantly.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and managing a varied workload within a fast-paced property environment.
The Role
Key Responsibilities Include
- Managing a portfolio of residential properties
- Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
- Coordinating maintenance and repair works
- Liaising with contractors and third-party suppliers
- Conducting property inspections and producing reports
- Managing tenancy-related matters, including deposits and compliance requirements
- Handling landlord and tenant enquiries professionally and efficiently
- Ensuring all property records and databases are accurately maintained
- Monitoring and arranging statutory safety checks
- Processing invoices and supporting general property administration
- Working closely with internal lettings teams and external stakeholders

About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
- Previous residential property management experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
- The ability to prioritise and manage a busy workload
- A proactive and solution-focused approach
- Good knowledge of current lettings legislation and compliance requirements
- A full UK driving licence
