Property Manager - Residential (BTR) Developer
Location: Greater Manchester (with occasional travel) Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 plus discretionary bonus Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Property Manager to join a growing Build to Rent (BTR) developer. You will be responsible for delivering lettings and property management services across residential developments while providing an exceptional resident experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage lettings, tenancy administration, referencing, Right to Rent checks, move-ins, and deposit registration.
- Conduct property inspections and coordinate repairs and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with property legislation and health & safety requirements.
- Manage tenancy renewals, rent reviews, check-outs, and deposit returns.
- Deliver excellent customer service, resolve resident queries, and organise resident events.
- Maintain accurate records and work closely with operational, marketing, and finance teams.

About You
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in property management or residential lettings.
- Good understanding of tenancy legislation and compliance requirements.
- Strong communication, organisational, and customer service skills.
- Professional qualification (ARLA, RICS, or IRPM) or working towards one is desirable.
- Full UK driving licence preferred.
