Role Overview
We are recruiting for a number of Property Managers to support several business requirements across our portfolio.
These opportunities arise as a result of:
- Maternity cover requirements
- The need to support an existing portfolio following recent employee departures
- Anticipated growth associated with the mobilisation of new instructions and contracts
Some of these roles are connected to a proposed TUPE transfer and are expected to form part of a future operating structure following the transfer of services. Any appointments relating to the transferred portfolio will be subject to the successful completion of the transfer and the conclusion of any required employee consultation processes. The proposed structure remains under review and may be refined following consultation.
We welcome applications from suitably qualified candidates and are committed to conducting any recruitment activity in accordance with our legal obligations and good employment practice.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
