Experienced Property Manager Wanted

Are you an experienced Property Manager looking to join a thriving, supportive and highly successful residential property business? About the Role

As a Property Manager, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of approximately 80–120 residential properties, delivering a first-class lettings property management and tenancy management service from start to finish.

You will be the main point of contact for both landlords and tenants, ensuring every tenancy is managed professionally, efficiently and with outstanding customer care.

  • Managing a portfolio of 80–120 residential properties.
  • Providing professional AST property management throughout the tenancy.
  • Acting as the primary liaison between landlords and tenants.
  • Coordinating move-ins and arranging inventories.
  • Managing all aspects of tenancy management, ensuring compliance and a smooth customer experience.
  • Handling maintenance requests promptly and efficiently.
  • Liaising with contractors and arranging repairs and maintenance works.
  • Keeping landlords and tenants fully updated throughout the tenancy.
  • Delivering exceptional levels of customer service at every stage.
  • Speaking confidently on the telephone and building strong relationships with customers.

Requirements

We're looking for an experienced Property Manager with at least two years' experience in residential lettings, lettings property management, AST property management or tenancy management.

You'll be organised, proactive and enjoy building relationships with both landlords and tenants. You'll also have:

  • A minimum of two years' experience in a similar Property Manager role.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Confident telephone manner with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • ARLA Propertymark or NAEA qualification is desirable.
  • If you're not already qualified, you'll be willing to study towards ARLA or NAEA qualifications, with full support provided by the company.
