Are you an experienced Property Manager looking to join a busy and supportive team?
We're recruiting for our client on an exclusive basis for a Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of 100–120 residential AST properties across South East and South West London.

- Manage the full tenancy lifecycle from move-in to check-out
- Coordinate maintenance and contractor works
- Carry out property inspections and landlord reporting
- Ensure compliance with all property legislation and safety requirements
- Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants

⏰ Hours: Monday–Friday | 9:00am–5:30pm (5:00pm finish on Fridays)
