What This Job Involves
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to join our team in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the quality standards of our residential portfolio, organising repair works, handling tenancy-related queries, and coordinating resident engagement. This role requires a flexible approach to working hours and may include on-call responsibilities.
What your day to day would look like:
- Build and maintain personal rapport with residents.
- Serve as the first point of contact for resident queries, including maintenance issues.
- Conduct inspections of vacant properties.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the portfolio.
- Maintain high standards of service.
- Manage safety certifications (gas/electric).
- Apply for local authority licenses.
- Arrange end-of-tenancy check-outs.
- Manage customer service, building management, fire safety, and health and safety.
- Prepare units for marketing through to move-in.
- Oversee property maintenance.

Requirements:
- Confident in liaising with clients via phone, email, and letter.
- Ability to work under pressure, demonstrate flexibility, and manage own workload.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational and IT skills (prior knowledge of property management software not essential).
- Previous experience in property management and letting is desirable.
- Experience in a customer-focused environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous customer service experience.
