The Role: Property Moving Assistant
You’ll act as the central point of contact throughout the home moving journey, guiding clients from offer agreement to completion.
In this fast-paced, dynamic role, you’ll:
- Work closely with buyers, sellers, estate agents, mortgage advisers, and conveyancers.
- Proactively manage property transactions, resolving issues to prevent delays.
- Thrive on building relationships, problem-solving, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage entire property transactions from offer stage to completion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Keep all parties informed and engaged at every stage.
- Identify and resolve potential delays proactively.
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., mortgage, legal, customer service).
- Ensure accurate records-keeping and system updates.
- Provide exceptional customer service at every interaction.
- Promote OneDome’s HomeBuyer Service and other relevant products to customers.

About You
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
- Is highly organised, with an eye for attention to detail.
- Can manage multiple priorities and transitions seamlessly.
- Communicates clearly and confidently (both verbally and in writing).
- Is proactive, resilient, and solution-oriented.
- Thrives in a fast-moving, adaptive environment.
- Enjoys collaborating and fostering strong working relationships.
Preferred Experience
- Estate agency, sales progression, or property-related roles.
- Experience in mortgage, conveyancing, or property transactions.
- Background in customer service, account management, or sales (ideally in fast-paced settings).
- Skills in managing multiple concurrent cases or projects.
