The Role
As a Property Moving Assistant, you’ll act as the central point of contact throughout the home-moving process—from offer agreement to completion.
You’ll collaborate with:
- Buyers
- Sellers
- Estate agents
- Mortgage advisers
- Conveyancers
Key focus: Proactively manage transactions, ensure transparency and resolve issues to drive seamless completion.
A fast-paced, dynamic role where problem-solving, relationship-building and outstanding customer service define success daily.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage property transactions from offer agreement to completion
- Build strong stakeholder relationships with buyers, sellers, agents, conveyancers and advisers
- Proactively keep clients updated throughout the process
- Identify unresolved delays and implement solutions
- Liaise with cross-functional teams for optimal customer experience
- Maintain accurate transaction records and update internal systems meticulously
- Deliver stellar at every stage beyond expectations
- Introduce customers to OneDome’s HomeBuyer Service and relevant complementary products

About You

Preferred Experience
- Estate agency or sales progression experience
- Property/mortgage/conveyancing industry exposure
- Customer service or account management background
- Target-driven sales experience
- Ability to manage concurrent client transactions
