About the Role
We’re not recruiting estate agents.
At MovingWorks, we seek entrepreneurial estate agents in Longton, Preston, Lancaster and the wider North West who want to build a standalone estate agency business backed by a trusted premium brand.
This is not another franchise, another job—this is ownership with our unparalleled infrastructure.

What You’ll Focus On
You’ll master managing your own business while leveraging our expertise:
- Winning and retaining high-value instructions
- Delivering exceptional customer experiences (reputation = growth)
- Negotiating sales with decisiveness
- Developing a local powerhouse authority in your Lancashire/North West market
- Territory growth — selecting and dominating your area (e.g., Longton, Preston, South Ribble, Chorley, Leyland or Penwortham)
- Long-term client relationships = long-term sales success
