Property Performance Administrator

Location: Retreat House, Draycott Business Centre, Moreton-in-Marsh, Gloucestershire, GL56 9JY

Salary: £27,000 per year

Contract: Full-time, permanent

Working arrangement: Office-based

Rural Retreats is looking for a motivated, organised and detail-focused Property Performance Administrator to join our Pricing & Property Performance team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin or develop a career within the holiday lettings, property or hospitality industry. You will receive full training and ongoing support while gaining hands-on experience across property performance, pricing, administration, customer service and data analysis. You will play an important role in helping our homeowners maximise the potential of their properties while ensuring accurate information, effective pricing and a consistently high standard of service.

What you’ll be doing

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining accurate property information across multiple systems
  • Supporting pricing updates to help maximise bookings and revenue
  • Assisting with property performance reviews, reports and data analysis
  • Responding to homeowner enquiries by telephone and email
  • Managing shared inboxes and coordinating administrative requests
  • Working closely with internal teams to provide a smooth homeowner experience
  • Supporting marketing activity and wider office administration
  • Identifying and escalating property performance queries and opportunities

About you

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, dependable and keen to learn. You will have:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good organisational and time-management skills
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • A comfortable and accurate approach to working with numbers and data
  • The ability to manage several priorities in a busy environment
  • A positive, proactive and collaborative attitude

Previous experience in administration, customer service, property or hospitality would be beneficial, but it is not essential. Experience using CRM systems, databases or booking platforms would also be advantageous.
