Advertising Salary:

£27,650 to £45,150

To sell or let a property, we first need to share its story - capturing its beauty, illuminating lifestyle possibilities and uncovering hidden potential. Your lens will be the secret weapon in capturing potential buyers’ and tenants’ imaginations.

Within the high-achieving Foxtons Specialist Video & Photography Team, you will cultivate a range of skills to produce top-quality marketing materials. Your photography, videos, floorplans and written content will appear on the Foxtons website, Rightmove, Zoopla and in our sales and letting particulars. For particularly spectacular or unique properties, your work will also appear in the press and on social media.

If you have a passion for London architecture and interiors, you will relish the opportunity to see inside an incredible range of homes. Each day, you will be invited to several properties where you'll put your expertise to work taking photographs, measurements and details. Then you'll either head back to one of the local Foxtons offices to prepare the marketing material or complete the listings while working from home.

We offer:

  • OTE Salary ranging from £27,650 - £45,150 based on performance
  • Monthly bonus/incentive scheme

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
