Your Mission

As our new Property & Portfolio Manager, your mission is to help our partners succeed. You'll work closely with owners to optimise performance across their portfolio, using data, market insight, and commercial expertise to drive occupancy, revenue, and long-term growth.

You'll be the trusted advisor for your region, supporting owners throughout their journey with Awaze while ensuring their properties remain competitive, attractive to guests, and aligned with changing market trends.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Take ownership of a regional portfolio of holiday parks and accommodation providers
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with owners through regular communication and performance reviews
  • Use commercial and performance data to identify opportunities to improve occupancy, revenue, and overall portfolio performance
  • Advise owners on pricing strategies, unit mix, property enhancements, pet-friendly offerings, hot tubs, and other features that influence booking behaviour
  • Conduct regular site visits to review guest experience, property standards, and commercial opportunities
  • Support owners in adapting to changing consumer trends and booking behaviours
  • Drive owner retention, re-contracting, and long-term partnership growth
  • Ensure owners clearly understand the value of partnering with Awaze and the support available to them

Who We're Looking For

You'll thrive in this role if you enjoy building strong relationships, influencing commercial decisions, and helping partners achieve success. You're comfortable using data to support recommendations and enjoy balancing strategic thinking with hands-on relationship management.

We're looking for someone who brings:

  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong commercial awareness and confidence interpreting performance data
  • A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service
  • The ability to identify opportunities and translate insight into action
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A willingness to travel within your region to conduct owner visits
  • A full UK driving licence

Bonus points if you also have

  • Experience within the travel, tourism, hospitality, or holiday park sector
  • Knowledge of revenue management or pricing strategies
  • Experience managing owner, partner, or account relationships
  • An understanding of consumer trends within the UK holiday market

Worth Knowing

This role is full-time, permanent and based in our Lowestoft office (Trinity House, NR33 0SW) with regular travel to visit our property owners within your region, which can be anywhere within the UK.
