Property Relationship Manager – Herne Bay Office
At Miles & Barr, we’re proud to lead the way in Kent as part of Lomond, the UK’s leading network of lettings and estate agencies. We’ve got 12 offices and over 190 staff ready to assist customers with finding, selling, and letting their property.
We’re excited to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Property Relationship Manager based in our Herne Bay office. The salary package is £26,000 – £28,000.
In this role, you’ll ensure that all properties assigned to you meet legal and contractual obligations, while delivering excellent customer service.
About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing tenancies for all properties in your portfolio.
- Taking full ownership of all issues and queries to achieve the best possible outcomes for landlords and tenants.
- Providing support to a busy, fast-paced team.

Requirements
We’re looking for candidates who bring the following qualities to the role:
- Excellent communication skills (essential for interacting with landlords and tenants).
- Strong written and verbal skills.
- ** Outstanding customer service ability**.
- Resilience in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and responsibilities.
Additionally, we require:
- Self-motivation and a results-driven mindset.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Maths and English at Grade C or above.
