Join Us as a Property Relationship Manager
We're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Property Relationship Manager. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Altrincham, Manchester. You'll enjoy a standard work week of Monday to Friday, no weekend work!
This role offers a realistic OTE of £29,000 - £31,000.
About the Role
It involves:
- Preparing and negotiating tenancy renewals
- Completing property inventories & carrying out regular property inspections
- Maintaining & reporting accurate file notes
- Delivering exceptional customer service
