Property Relationship Manager – Derby
Welcome to John Shepherd, part of Lomond, the UK’s leading network of lettings and estate agencies. With 10 offices and over 100 staff, we empower our customers to find, sell, and let their property with confidence.
Now, we are excited to offer you an opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Property Relationship Manager in Derby.
This is a full-time, permanent role, with standard working hours from Monday to Friday (08:45am – 5:30pm) and earnings up to £30k per annum.
About the Role
You will manage up to 250 Properties Under Management (PUM), delivering a range of key responsibilities:
- Upselling of John Shepherd Lettings & Property Management services, including ancillary and peripheral products
- End-of-lease reporting and re-let execution from portfolio milestones
- On-going portfolio management, including end-of-lease reporting and preparation for eviction processes
- Managing Mid Term Inspections, follow-ups, and ensuring quality control with trade discount earnings
- Weekly Arrears management, including rent collection, void rent protections, and legal claims submission
- Generating detailed inspection reports and ensuring high standards of property condition disclosure
