Our client, a highly respected boutique estate agency situated in the heart of Edinburgh, is looking to add an experienced Sales Negotiator to strengthen their sales team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and customer-focused property professional who enjoys building relationships, negotiating sales, and delivering an exceptional client experience. You'll be joining a dynamic and supportive environment and you'll play a key role in guiding buyers and sellers through the property sales process.

- Managing buyer enquiries and conducting property viewings
- Negotiating offers and progressing sales through to completion
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
- Providing expert advice on the local property market
- Delivering outstanding customer service at every stage of the sales journey
- Identifying opportunities to generate new business and referrals
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator in Edinburgh or London
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Self-motivated, professional, and customer-focused
- Good knowledge of the Edinburgh property market would be advantageous
