Land & New Homes Sales Executive

£27,000 - £30,000 Basic | OTE £50,000+ | Full Time

Are you an ambitious estate agency professional looking to take the next step in your career?

We're working exclusively with a highly respected, award-winning property business that's continuing to grow its Land & New Homes division. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Sales Executive who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to maximise their earning potential while working with premium developments.

This role would suit someone who is commercially minded, adaptable, hungry to succeed and genuinely passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The Role

You'll be responsible for managing the full sales journey, from the first enquiry through to sale agreed, building lasting relationships with buyers, developers and internal teams to ensure every transaction runs smoothly.

No two days are the same, so you'll need to be organised, proactive and confident managing multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional service standards.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
