About Nasper

Nasper is a modern property advisory specialising in new homes and investment properties across Birmingham, Manchester, London and other major UK cities.

Having recently moved into our new Birmingham city centre office, we're entering an exciting stage of growth and are looking for an organised, proactive and ambitious Property Coordinator to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in property. Previous estate agency experience is not essential—we're looking for the right attitude, a willingness to learn and someone who wants to grow with the business.

The Role

Working directly alongside the Director, you'll play an important role in the day-to-day running of the business. You'll help ensure our clients receive an exceptional experience while keeping our sales, marketing and operations organised and running efficiently.

This is a varied role where no two days are the same, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and taking ownership of their work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organise company email inboxes.
  • Coordinate sales progression with solicitors, developers, mortgage brokers and clients.
  • Update and maintain our CRM system.
  • Upload, edit and maintain property listings on Rightmove and other property portals.
  • Prepare reservation forms, client documentation and property information.
  • Chase outstanding paperwork and compliance documents.
  • Schedule appointments, property viewings and Teams meetings.
  • Maintain organised digital filing systems.
  • Keep clients updated throughout their purchase journey.
  • Liaise with developers regarding availability, pricing and incentives.
  • Support with general office administration and day-to-day business operations.
  • Assist with marketing administration and property launches where required.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
