Property Sales Coordinator
Location: Birmingham
Hours: Full-time or Part-time (we're flexible for the right person)
Salary: £25,000–£28,000 (pro rata if part-time) + Commission/Performance Bonus

We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Property Sales Coordinator to become a key part of our growing team in Birmingham.
We've recently moved into brand-new offices and are entering an exciting period of growth. This is an opportunity to join a business where you'll make a genuine impact from day one and have the chance to grow with us as the company expands.

What You'll Be Doing
- Managing sales progression from offer agreed through to completion.
- Liaising with solicitors, buyers, sellers, and mortgage brokers to keep sales moving.
- Uploading and maintaining property listings on Rightmove and other property portals.
- Managing and organising company email inboxes and folders.
- Keeping our CRM and sales records accurate and up to date.
- Preparing sales paperwork and property documentation.
- Chasing outstanding documents and compliance requirements.
- Booking appointments and assisting with diary management.
- Handling customer enquiries and supporting the wider team.
- Providing general office administration to keep the business running smoothly.

We're Looking For Someone Who Is
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Friendly, professional, and confident communicating with clients.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Self-motivated and happy working independently.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new systems quickly.

Experience
Experience in estate agency, property, sales administration, or office administration is desirable, but we also welcome applicants with strong organisational skills and the right attitude.
