Salary: £28,943.73 + Bonus (circa £31,237.00 OTE)

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be joining us as a fundamental member of the Property Sales Progressor team with activities as follows:
- Managing your own caseload of properties to a high standard
- Liaising with, looking after, and constantly updating our clients, beneficiaries, and business partners with the progress of each transaction
- Chasing estate agents and mortgage offers, checking chains, and encouraging buyers and clients to do what they need to do to progress
- Troubleshooting and customer care, ensuring transactions are as smooth as possible

Requirements
And now for the nitty gritty:
Although this post does not have any pre-requisite qualifications, we do still need candidates to have previous work experience in either the property industry, sales, or customer service, as a foundation to build on from.
You’ll need to have an engaging personality, be customer-focused, and keen to build relationships with your clients, and have lots of confidence and enthusiasm.
You will enjoy solving problems, thinking on your feet, and thrive in a busy environment where you will be afforded every opportunity to shine!
As such, you will need to show commitment and have ambition to succeed, as once you are through the door and up to speed, the opportunities to progress and develop are almost limitless for those who want them. You will also need to be confident using Microsoft Office, especially Excel, as this is used heavily within this department.
