EVH Grade 7, Point PA13 – PA20
Contract type: Permanent
Hours of work: Full time, 35 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

THE ROLE
To deliver high-quality customer service and administrative support, contributing to the effective management and maintenance of the Association’s housing stock. The role involves working collaboratively with tenants, factored owners, contractors, and other partners to ensure responsive, compliant, and efficient maintenance services. To support the end-to-end maintenance process, including coordinating works, managing expenditure within agreed limits, and monitoring all aspects of the maintenance service to ensure a safe and well-maintained living environment for residents.

About You
- Customer-focused, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experienced in working within a social housing environment
- Well-organised, reliable, and able to effectively prioritise your workload
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Professional, adaptable, and committed to delivering a high standard of service
