Property Services Officer

Job Title: Property Services Officer

Salary: Up to £13.40 per hour

Location: Stockport, Greater Manchester

Hours: Full-Time (Part-time hours may be considered)

About the Role

Creative Support is recruiting a Property Services Officer to support the repairs and property management helpdesks within the Property Services Department.

The role requires managing property-related queries logged through multiple channels—phone, email, or the Out of Hours service—progressing and easing them as part of a collaborative team.

Key responsibilities will also include:

  • Providing administrative support to the wider Property Services Team on an as-needed basis.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, offering exceptional customer service, IT, and communication skills. Experience in a busy office setting, with the ability to prioritize workload, is essential.

To succeed here, the right candidate must embody a positive, proactive work ethic and have been recognised for contributing innovative improvements. Candidates should also exemplify strong teamwork, enthusiasm to learn, and resourcefulness.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
