- Working Pattern: Monday–Friday (hybrid)
- Location: Arlington House, London
The Difference You Will Make
Riverside Property Services delivers repairs, servicing, compliance checks, and planned maintenance to around 75,000 homes across the UK. The Property Services Planning team ensures efficient scheduling of gas servicing, communal heating, Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs), M&E Preventative Maintenance (PPM), and trade-based repairs across Camden and Dartford offices.
In this Property Services Planner/Scheduler role, you will:
- Schedule works through Riverside’s in-house appointment system
- Allocate repairs to trade operatives effectively
- Minimise turnaround times while maintaining compliance
- Oversee sub-contracted works, ensuring timely completion and proper records
About The Role
You will be responsible for:
- Planning schedules and managing administrative tasks to support repairs, compliance work, and technical projects
- Ensuring effective operational delivery for Property Services teams, managers, and operational staff
- Covering/multitasking across areas as needed to meet business demands

Key Responsibilities:

Admin & Scheduling:
- Answer calls, emails, CRM cases, and schedule appointments
- Maintain real-time records (jobs, costs, statuses, times, dates)
- Track Works In Progress (WIPs) to ensure balanced operative workloads
- Coordinate emergency appointments while resolving scheduling conflicts

Operative & Subcontractor Oversight:
- Confirm access with residents for works
- Monitor first-time fix rates and subcontractor adherence to deadlines
- Escalate issues to relevant surveyors/managers if needed

Customer Service & Compliance:
- Assist with investigating and resolving complaints
- Liaise with supervisors, surveyors, and complaints officers
- Maintain system updates and respond to resident queries

Reporting & Support:
- Support Property Services and other departments
- Any additional duties to ensure efficient service delivery
Requirements
Essential:
- Strong IT skills & literacy
- Excellent communication skills (oral & written)
- Self-motivated, resilient, assertive, and confident
- Proven track record in customer service
- Time management, planning & organisation skills
- Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments
- Passion for delivering high standards in customer service
- Experience in Housing/Property sector
