Property Services Senior Contract Lead
£51,075 - £55,259 (EVH Grade 8)
Permanent, 35 hours per week
The Role
In our role as Property Services Senior Contract Lead, you will play a pivotal role in the delivery of a high quality, customer-focused and people-centred Property Services function, with specific responsibility for leading the day-to-day operational delivery of repairs, voids, landscape maintenance, medical adaptations, technical inspections and related customer contact across Clyde Valley Group.
Reporting To The Property Services Manager, You Will
- Lead and coordinate the day-to-day delivery of repairs, voids, landscape maintenance, medical adaptations and technical inspection activities, ensuring services are safe, efficient, customer-focused and delivered to agreed standards.
- Provide line management, coaching, supervision and day-to-day support to Technical and Quality Inspectors across repairs, voids and landscape maintenance.
- Promote a positive, inclusive and accountable team culture, supporting wellbeing, workload planning and effective cross-team working.
- Ensure services are delivered in line with relevant legislation, regulation, landlord obligations, health and safety requirements and Clyde Valley Group policies.
- Promote a strong health and safety culture, ensuring risks are identified, recorded, escalated and managed appropriately.

What We’re Looking For
- Relevant qualification in building, construction, maintenance, surveying or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience (for example SVQ/NVQ, HNC, HND, degree, CIOB, RICS) Evidence of continuing professional development relevant to repairs, maintenance, leadership, customer service or health and safety.
- Significant management experience in repairs, maintenance, technical inspection, construction or property services.
- Strong knowledge of repairs and maintenance, including diagnosis, specification, contractor instruction, post-inspection and quality control.
- Strong technical judgement, problem-solving skills and ability to make proportionate recommendations.
- Customer-centred, empathetic and committed to positive outcomes.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for business use, or ability to meet the travel requirements of the role.
