Property Solicitor 5+ PQE Dorset Competitive Salary DOE
A respected regional law firm in Dorset is looking for an experienced Property Solicitor to join its growing team. You'll handle a varied caseload across both commercial and residential property matters, advising individuals, businesses, investors, and developers.
The Role
- Manage commercial and residential property transactions from instruction to completion
- Advise on sales, purchases, leases, refinances, transfers, and landlord and tenant matters
- Draft and negotiate contracts, leases, and related documentation
- Conduct due diligence and identify legal and commercial risks
- Liaise with clients and key stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions
- Support business development and maintain strong client relationships

About You
- Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with 5+ years PQE
- Strong experience in both commercial and residential property
- Able to manage a varied caseload independently
- Good knowledge of SRA regulations, AML requirements, and risk management
- Proficient with case management systems and Microsoft Office
