Property System Specialist - £500 p/d inside IR35 - 9 Month contract - Hybrid
My client within the banking sector is seeking for a Property Systems Specialist to join the team.
Responsibilities:
- Implement process and system improvements for operational teams
- Manage reporting requirements and develop ad-hoc reports where needed
- Configure and optimise modules across our property management system stack
- Support testing, releases, troubleshooting, and end-user queries
Key experience:
- Experience using any property management system (MRI, Yardi, RealPage etc.)
- Strong understanding of property, lease, finance, or compliance processes
- Curious, analytical mindset with a proven ability to learn systems quickly
- Comfortable working with suppliers, technical teams, and business users
- Experience using ticketing tools such as Jira is beneficial (not essential)

Logistics:
- £500 p/d inside IR35 via umbrella
- 2 days a week in office (London, Bristol or Manchester)
- 9 Month contract with view to extend
