Property Systems Specialist (MRI Qube)
Location: Manchester, London or Bristol (2 days per week onsite)
Contract: 9 Months (Initial)
Rate: £500 per day (Inside IR35)
We're supporting a major financial services organisation on the growth and enhancement of its residential property management function and are looking for an experienced Property Systems Specialist with strong MRI Qube expertise to join a high-profile transformation programme.
This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in improving property management systems, supporting business users, and delivering enhancements that will underpin future growth.
The Role
You'll be responsible for supporting and optimising the organisation's property management systems, working closely with operational teams, technology specialists and third-party software providers to deliver system improvements and ensure the platform continues to meet evolving business needs.

Key responsibilities include:
- Configuring, maintaining and enhancing property management systems, with a particular focus on MRI Qube.
- Delivering process and system improvements for operational teams.
- Developing reports and supporting business reporting requirements.
- Managing system configuration, workflows, user roles and data integrity.
- Supporting testing, releases, issue resolution and end-user queries.
- Working with software vendors on system enhancements and complex configurations.
- Maintaining system documentation and ensuring best practice governance.
About You
We're looking for someone who combines strong systems knowledge with an analytical mindset and a passion for improving business processes.
You'll ideally have:
- Strong hands-on experience with MRI Qube (essential).
- Experience developing Qube reports, workflows, controls, data imports/exports and system configuration.
- Good understanding of property management, lease management, finance or compliance processes.
- Experience supporting property management platforms such as MRI, Yardi, RealPage or similar.
- The ability to work effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams and third-party suppliers.
- A proactive, inquisitive approach with excellent problem-solving skills.

Desirable Experience
Experience with any of the following would be advantageous:
- MRI Engage / TAP
- MRI SLM
- System integrations or API-based processes
- Workflow design and automation
- Jira or other ticket management tools
