Ready to take your Property Management or Lettings career into one of the fastest-growing sectors in UK property?
If you've built a successful career in Property Management, Lettings or Residential Inspections and are looking for something more rewarding, this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for.
We're partnering with one of the UK's leading residential property organisations as they continue to expand one of the fastest-growing sectors in the market. They're now looking for a Territory Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of residential developments across the Bedford to Peterborough region.
This is far more than a traditional property management role.
You'll become the face of the business within your territory, building lasting relationships with residents, delivering an outstanding customer journey and ensuring developments are maintained to the highest standards. It's a varied, field-based role where no two days are the same, offering genuine autonomy, excellent career progression and the opportunity to be part of an ambitious and growing business.
The Role
As the local representative for your developments, you'll manage the customer journey from the first viewing through to move-in, support residents throughout their tenancy, carry out inspections and oversee move-outs.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
