If you've built your career in residential lettings or property management and are looking for something different, this is an opportunity to step into a rapidly expanding part of the property industry where customer experience, autonomy and relationship management are at the heart of the role.
We're working exclusively with a market-leading organisation that is investing heavily in its residential portfolio and is looking to appoint a Customer Experience & Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of developments across the Newcastle to Middleborough region.
This isn't a traditional property management role. You'll be the face of the business, creating exceptional customer experiences while ensuring developments are maintained to the highest standards. It's a varied, field-based position offering plenty of autonomy, genuine career progression and the chance to be part of an exciting growth journey.
The Opportunity
You'll manage the customer journey from initial viewing through to move-in, support residents throughout their tenancy and oversee inspections through to move-out. Acting as the local representative for your portfolio, you'll work closely with central property management teams, contractors and key stakeholders to ensure every customer receives an outstanding experience.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
