Location: London Office – UK wide patch
Salary: Highly Competitive + Bonus
The Company:
A medium-sized property and planning consultancy providing specialist advice across the UK on a wide range of developments and property assets, including residential, retail, leisure, education, office, industrial, and distribution properties.

My client is seeking a senior, highly analytical RICS-accredited Valuation Director to grow their Expert Witness division.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as an Expert Witness or Single Joint Expert in matrimonial, probate, negligence, and commercial disputes.
- Lead, mentor, and expand our growing valuation team.
- Prepare and present comprehensive valuation reports, technical appendices, and evidence for the Courts and Upper Tribunal.
- Provide pre-action strategic advice and manage client instructions effectively.

Requirements:
- MRICS qualified with extensive Post-Qualified Experience (PQE) in commercial valuation.
- Current or recent experience acting as an Expert Witness.
- Strong track record of networking with solicitors, corporate clients, and other legal professionals.
