Property Valuer
Senior Valuer / Lister
We're a fast-growing, high-energy Estate Agency and we're looking for a Senior Valuer / Lister to join our team.
This is not your typical Estate Agency valuer role:
- No admin work
- No viewings
- No sales progression
Your sole focus: winning instructions and generating revenue.
You'll be backed by a team that handles all operational aspects — freeing you to focus entirely on what you do best: valuation and bringing new properties to the market.

Core Responsibilities
- Conduct meticulous property valuations and secure new instructions
- Generate new business through proactive prospecting and networking
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships
- Leverage local market knowledge and existing contacts for commercial advantage
Key Requirements
- Confident Estate Agent with a proven track record of winning business
- High level of ambition with an extreme desire to succeed
- High performenrce target-driven mindset
- Preference for candidates with existing local knowledge in key areas or estates
